Alicia Toldi is a creative organizer and artist living rurally on the Western Slope of Colorado. Her artistic practice is a careful vortex of drawing, found images, traditional folk craft, fiber, and plant matter. She is a co-founder of Piney Wood Atlas, a road trip-based project that catalogues small and unconventional artist residencies, creating regional field guide publications and strengthening a country-wide network of alternative residencies for artists and facilitators alike. Other interests include mending (anything from old clothes to ecosystems), food, and following her curiosity.
